15ml Lemon essential oil (EO) is wonderful for uplifting the senses and spirit. It cleans, it freshens, it lifts the mood in your home when diffused. Great also for Kitchen and bathrooms.

This oil can be ingested several times a day, with up to 2 drops in a glass of water. Lemon Essential Oil is generally recognised as safe (GRAS) for human consumption by the FDA (21CFR182.20).  If rubbed on skin, avoid direct sunlight for up to 12 hours after use.  Can cause extreme skin irritation.

This is an essential oil that you will always want and always need!

Traditionally, lemon oil has many uses.
Historically, adding a few drops of lemon oil to warm water, with a little sweetener, has been used to provide relief from coughs or sore throats.  Lemon oil has also been known to be strengthening to fingernails.  Simply rub the oil directly on location.
